## Jovian End User License Agreement (EULA)

In accordance with the Jovian End User License Agreement (EULA), a license is required for each project. A project is a discrete, bounded effort or program of work—funded, managed, and executed under a specific statement of work (SOW), contract number, or organizational objective—for which the license is granted and under which the software may be used.

### License Request Process

Project leads may send a completed copy of this form with the subject: “License Request - [your organization and project name here]” to [LicenseRequest@joviansc.com](mailto:LicenseRequest@joviansc.com) to receive a license for their project.

Once complete, Jovian will generate and send you a license file for the project.

### Important Notes

- This request must be sent from your work email account. 
- You are requested to coordinate within your project team to avoid redundant license requests.
